Tentative Itinerary

Sunday July 19^th TEAM CHECK-IN TIMES (TBA)

(Ford Park Amphitheater, located next door to Ford Arena & the baseball facility)

2:00 - 3:30 PM ** ALL KIDS SHOULD BE IN FULL UNIFORM FOR CHECK-IN **

Team check in (All teams must check in between these times.  All kids need to be present here.  All teams need to have rosters, and a copy of each players Birth Certificates.)

This will also be a time for pin trading.  (What happens here is each kid brings his own towel, or towel that team Mom provides for the kids with team name on it with.  On this towel, the kids will have pins that represent his team, or city he is from, or pins that are just simply cool.  He is then going to trade those pins with kids from other teams pins, therefore making a cool and different towel.  The more pins, the better.  The kids will be able to trade the pins throughout the week also.)

7:00 PM Mandatory Coaches Meeting at the Holiday Inn Hotel.  (Every team must have at least one coach in attendance at this meeting)

Monday July 20^th World Series play starts.

Tuesday July 21^st World Series play continues

4:00 - 6:30 PM Pizza/Homerun contest/Fastest Baserunning team/Fastest Team around the Horn

Wednesday July 22^nd World Series play continues

Thursday July 23rd World Series play continues.

Friday July 24th World Series play continues.

Saturday July 25th World Series play concludes.
