Spring 2009 NATIONS Tournament Registration This form registers your team.  You must have your entry fee in 1 week before the first day of the tournament or your team will be replaced.  Only register for tournaments that you are definitely going to play in.  Spots are limited; we will work on a first come first serve basis.  All registrations after the tournament is full, will go on our waiting list.
