Southeast Texas Baseball Academy Pre-Season Hitting Camps (2 camps)

Saturday, January 23rd & 30th, 2010 @ Southeast Texas Baseball Academy

1:00PM - 4:00PM (Check-In 12:15 - 12:55 PM) For Ages 6 to 15

The camp will be hosted by Jason Tyner, Morgan Walker, Chris Kingrey & other Academy instructors.  There will be other former professional/college players at the camp as well.  The camp will cover all aspects of hitting. 

Each camp will be $50, or $75 for both camps.  Each Saturday will be LIMITED to the first 60 kids that Pre-Register. The camp will be indoors so please bring tennis Shoes and your hitting equipment.  No fielding gloves are required.  Parents can stay, but it is not required.  Please check the camp, or camps, you would like to attend.

All campers are allowed to hit for free in the Academy token cages from January 23rd through January 30th.  Campers names will be on a list, just ask the cashier at the front desk for tokens, UNLIMITED TOKENS.

Recognition and Assumption of Risk Agreement (parent/guardian must read and check)

I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian of the camper above, authorize my child's participation in the SETBA Baseball Camp.  It is my understanding that participation in the activities that make up the camp is not without some inherent risk of injury. In consideration of my child's participation in the baseball camp, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the camp or the camp instructors and workers from any and all liability, claims, demands and causes of action resulting in damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by my child, whether caused by the negligence of the releases, while participating on or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted. I agree to follow all instructions to maintain a maximum level of safety.  I also understand that a medical insurance policy carried by the SETBA Baseball Camp will provide only minimum coverage and that I should make sure my child is covered in the event of a serious accident.  I also give my permission for any emergency medical care or treatment by a physician, surgeon, or medical care facility that may be required, and accept responsibility for the cost.
